End User Licence Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and TheDog.ai, a United Kingdom corporation, regarding the use of the TheDog.ai software application ("App").

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE APP.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, TheDog.ai grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on a compatible device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not: a) Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App. b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to do so. c) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App. d) Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

TheDog.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

4. Privacy

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://thedogai.godaddysites.com/privacy-policy-1 

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from TheDog.ai if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of the license, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TheDog.ai does not warrant that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TheDog.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within England & Wales.

9. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and TheDog.ai regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
